Where is My Exit Strategy?

DBO Homes is simply a wholesaler of properties and are unable to suggest which exit strategy is best. However, many of our investors do the following:

1. Find an occupant and local property management company for unoccupied properties and keep as a rental investment.

2. Rehab properties and possibly qualify them for Section 8 housing allowing them to receive government subsidized rental income.

Simply, we buy and sell investment quality real estate. Because of our status as a successful real estate entity, we have several sources from which we buy real estate at extreme discounts and re-sell that inventory to you for investment purposes.
